Robert Herder K4 Kitchen Knife – Stainless
A smaller, more compact chef’s knife for those chef’s that prefer a nimble yet strong blade. The centrally-tipped blade is also ideal for filleting fish.
The grip plates on the handle are made from Polyoxymethylene: a high-molecular-weight, thermoplastic, processable plastic of high strength and resistance. It was discovered in the 1920s, synthesized by DuPont in 1952 and its manufacture patented in 1956. Its high stability, dimensional stability and soft grip make it a very good material for knife handles and it is temperature-resistant from -40°C to +175°C.
